Incredible News!!!!! | Al-hamdu lillah by the grace and mercy of Allah the fundraising dinner on 13th March 2010 was a huge success. The event went smoothly and was thoroughly enjoyed by attendees. They were able to enjoy a wonderful evening at a prestigious venue in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The most amazing part of the evening was the actual fundraising. |

Al-hamdu lillah pledges for the expansion project come to a total of £119540. The auction raised an additional £12750. The amount was far beyond our expectations. We can’t thank Allah azza wa jalla enough. It was only with His help and then the generosity of the brothers and sisters who made it a truly unique evening. We ask Allah to reward all of those who have contributed and supported this project with the highest place in Jannah. May Allah put barakah in their lives, families and wealth. Insha Allah we will start following up the pledges and once they have been collected the next step for the project will be announced. The progress will be updated on the website insha Allah
Al-hamdulillah we have come a long way in the last three years, having managed to buy the main building and then buying the large rear garage, to create the large main jamaat hall. We thank Allah (swt) for all his blessings and we thank the generosity of all those who have helped shaped the Ansar Centre.Now that the building has been purchased, we would like to redevelop it to maximise the space and to increase the capacity and to build purpose built wudu facilities for both men and women. This would also allow us to expand all the classes that we hold at the centre and ease the overcrowding at Jumuah, Ramadan and Eid.
